California Milk Advisory Board Culinary Challenge
On October 18th, 2017, the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) partnered with the Hong Kong Chef’s Association (HKCA) to organize a culinary challenge featuring California dairy products. Ten professional chefs were invited to lead teams and participate in the contest, ensuring the high quality of every dish presented. The professional judges were invited by the Hong Kong Chef’s Association and provided expertise to participating chefs on how to make the best use of California dairy products in their dishes.
