Founded in 1993, SMH International has been active in developing the market for U.S. agriculture and agri-food products throughout greater China for over 20 years. As of today, SMH is the sole in-market representative in China for over a dozen U.S. agricultural trade associations. Aside from the agricultural sector, SMH has also been contracted by companies and organizations from the fashion, tourism, as well as the government sector from the U.S. and Europe to conduct and coordinate private and diplomatic events.


Marketing activities conducted by SMH include trade show support, trade missions, hotel restaurant & bakery promotions, chef seminars, chef competitions, media tastings, press coverage campaign/advertisement, event promotions, in-store sampling/retail promotions, and the conducting of market surveys and market reports.


Headquartered in Hong Kong, SMH International maintains branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Our headquarter oversees all operations throughout China, and the Guangzhou office focuses on the Southern China market and facilitates the coordination of activities in the region; while the Shanghai office specializes in the operating of marketing activities in the Eastern/Northern markets.
